Can’t contact razer support team

I’ve recently tried to contact razer support as the cable for my razer wolverine controller has stopped working like it has before. When this happened last time I contacted support and got a wire free of charge and now I can’t even get near support because my warranty is out of date. Is there any way I can actually get in contact with the support team because it is an actual joke I can’t get in contact for help with these awful wires.

Please send me the serial number and a copy of the proof of purchase. I can use those to revalidate the warranty status of the controller. I'd appreciate it if you can share a short clip detailing the condition of the cable along with the issues you're experiencing with the device.
