Cancellation of Razer order online


I bought a Blackwidow Elite 1 day ago and I decided a few hours after I ordered, to cancel the order as I wanted another product instead. I contacted the Razer support immediately but have yet to get a reply, so I would like to ask here instead if I can still cancel the order although it has already been shipped?
