Cannot claim my warranty for my Basilisk Ultimate and my Goliathus Extended

Whenever I input the details for the Basilisk i get a prompt saying the serial number does not match the product number and for the Goliathus im asked to type the product number but the only code in the back is the serial number, there is no product number. what can i do to fix this?

By claim your warranty, do you mean to register the devices or do you actually want to return them for replacement? Either way, please send over the serial numbers so I can help you out.
