Cannot login: stuck on verifying your account

I cannot login to Razer Synapse.
Using version 2.0 on Mac OS 10.14.
I am always stuck on "Verifying Your Account".
I tried restarting PC and uninstalling - reinstalling to no avail.
Is there a fix?
Is it possible to start the software without a login, I don't need cloud saved settings?

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting the Razer Synapse's concern here. Were you able you update the software? Please check your antivirus or firewall and see if it's blocking any Razer Synapse-related files.
