CANNOT RECEIVE OTP IN EMAIL


So, I just created my RAZER GOLD account today, I immediately added funds to my account without even thinking twice because I was eager to top-up on my Mobile Legends dias. As I was about to purchase diamonds using my razer gold balance, it says I needed an OTP send only to my email address registered for me to be able to go through with the purchase. I immediately tried to retrieve my email address because I haven't really opened the email associated with my facebook account for so long. I tried sending and OTP for 3 long hours and I still haven't received a single one. I received an email from RAZER SUPPORT about the ticket that I submitted but I never got an OTP. I also checked spam folders and made sure there's nothing blocking them from sending me an email. I also tried contacting live chat but after queueing for almost 2 hours I got a message that says there are no available agents for me to chat with. I'm currently sending Razer Support a screen recording of me asking for an otp and not receiving it in my email. Please, just let me use my razer gold.
