Cannot register my Razer Wolverine Ultimate

I just got my new Wolverine Ultimate yesterday. I'm trying to register it but it says that product number is wrong. I'm typing in what is the serial number and model number correctly, but still isn't working.

Also, on an unrelated note, when I plug my headset into the controller, it's picking up sounds from somewhere, but I've muted all outside volume to the best of my ability, but it's still picking up sound if not muted. Randoms on xbox have complained it's annoying, but I'm trying everything I can to block out the sound without unplugging my headset.

Any input would be nice, thank you.
