Can't Activate Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software

Hello. I just installed the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software, and when I entered my license code that came with my new headset, it keeps telling me that the key is invalid. Not exactly sure why, or how this could be, but any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated!
