Can't change the profile of Blackwidow keyboard

Hi support,

I have issues with saving profiles on my Razer Blackwidow keyboard. The main reason i bought this one was because in the manual it says on page 4 of the manual that the keyboard can store up to 5 profiles from Razer Synapse 3, whic you can use even on systems that do not have Razer Synapse 3 installed.

So, can you send me a manual how i can do this? because the profile that i have created will not work after Synapse 3 is closed on my PC or when i plug the keyboard into my PS4. The keyboard stays at the 'Basic' profile. There happens also nothing when i am switching between the created profiles.

I tried to let it on quick effects and created some advanced effect. Both won't work.

So the problem is, the manual says that i can switch between 5 profiles that are configured in Synapse 3 and that they will work without, but when i tap on Fn + menu (switching between profiles) on my PS4 or PC without synapse, nothing happens. Please explain me why this happens or fix this bug if it is a bug asap. Maybe there is a workaround?

I think the fn+menu doesn't work properly in general. If I press that combination I get a message in Windows 10 desktop saying that the profile have been changed, but it doesn't change actually. The only way to change profile for me is in the synapse menu. Does the key combination work for you in Windows?

No, the key combination does not work even i get the popup that the profile is changed. When i lock my laptop, then it also springs over to the default razer config. The manual says that it is possible to run without Synapse 3 software, but i get always the basic razer config when i plug the keyboard into my PS4, please help @support!

Profiles don't change either in mine when plugging it to another computer without Synapse, also only rotate 3 profile colors (green, red, white) and not 4 or 5 like the manual states. I think my keyboard is faulty

No i don't think your keyboard is faulty, it's exact the same with my keyboard, @support, please help!

If i plug the keyboard into my PS4 and click on Fn + menu, only the menu key will change colors from white to red to green etc, but none of my profiles will be activated!

@Samhx70 @YellowRosegeofocus684 What exactly are you trying to accomplish by switching profiles? Do you have macros or a different set of keybinds saved on each of these profiles? I will need you to send me the serial number of your keyboards so I can point you in the right direction.
