Cant close the window saying your cameras settings are diffrent from synapse. Makes Kiyo useless.

I have a Razer Kiyo. When I open synapse and click on my kiyo it says the camera settings are different from the ones in synapse. And then there are buttons to choose which to keep but I can't click any of them. This makes the webcam useless. When I try to use the webcam it is so dark you can't see anything. I even tried deleting and reinstalling synapse and same issue. Anybody have a fix
?

I have this same issue & it is ruining any type of adjusting of color or settings. I love companies that update programs & make my products unworkable. I will never support razer again after the experience I've had with my viper ultimate & kiyo. The fact they don't have an answer to this on the forums is crazy.

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting the Razer Synapse 3.0's concern here. Please perform the following steps below and see if it helps:

Note:

Please be careful and not delete other files/folders as it may corrupt your Windows operating system. Check the steps below:

1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.
2. Uninstall Razer drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.
3. Press Windows + X key and choose Command Prompt on the menu.
4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter.
5. Please go to this path and check if you have it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW643NODE\\Razer\\
*Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder
6. Download a fresh installer and reinstall, then restart your PC.
7. Add Synapse to your firewall exemptions and update your .NET Framework at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48

I have attempted this solution and it did not work :frown_:. Please provide other options or maybe update the software? Its an issue since the last software update of synapse. Screenshot of issue is here: https://imgur.com/a/t8SN3Fg
This is the problem. (Windows Update) I can´t change the drivers at Device Manager. Load last driver doesn´t function.
I'm having the EXACT same issue as well; Synapse is pointless in being installed right now. I've tried the above and even uninstalled various programs that i thought might be interfering with it... Nope, I'm still having the same issue. This is my first Razer product and more than likely my last. There's got to be a solution.

This fix does not work & people here are clearly letting you guys know about it. Any other fix to this issue? How about having your team make the program override this stupid pop up & just change the settings to what synapse is telling the camera. It seems a setting you tried to make more analog ended up making this camera unusable if you need to adjust settings. The brightness on this camera is awful & not being able to adjust the settings makes the camera near unusable if quality is of any type of concern.
I have initiated a dialog with customer support via the "feedback" feature in Synapse. I recommend you all to the same. Screenshot showing feedback feature: https://imgur.com/a/cw2M3um . No solution so far, will share when/if they provide.

Hey everyone! Sorry for the late update. Our Support Team is still investigating this behavior. Please send your computer's Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Save it via Google Drive or to another online drive account, then include its link in your PM or submitted case. I'll wait for your follow-up.
As of this morning, Razer pushed out an update to Synapse 3 that my computer incorporated and it looks like the this particular issue/bug is solved. Will be testing it throughout the day.

Hey everyone! That's correct. There's a Razer Synapse 3.0 released update that addresses the "no preview" issue for the Razer Kiyo. Please check your anti-virus or firewall should you encounter an error or perform a Razer Synapse 3.0 clean re-installation. Feel free to update this thread. I'll wait for your follow-up.
