Can't connect my DeathAdder Essential to Synapse 3

Hello, I recently bought a DeathAdder Essential since I heard a lot of good things about it (being cheap and good, good for FPS, and customizable DPI) but I can't get it to register on Synapse 3, I have the last version of Synapse and I've already performed a clean install, when I did something started "updating" (the same happened with my keyboard) so I thought I finally got it but nope I didn't, any ideas? Yes my OS is up to date, my Synapse is up to date, I've already uninstalled drivers and restarted my PC, I've already done a clean install, I've done everything I could, please someone help, I've been trying since like 4 or 5 days ago.
