Can't download Razer Synapse 3.0

Please help!

Every time I try and download it comes up with server connection error and will not continue. Have turned off anti virus, run as administrator etc but haven't got anywhere. Any help will be fantastic.

That looks like the layout of Razer Central. I've tried downloading it a couple of times from the link I posted in my reply, and it worked every time.
