Hello, I can't connect my devices to synapse. My mouse is razer mamba tournament edition and it's just not working. I tried to unplug and plug it again, but that's not working either. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Hi there, @Radko69! Is this working fine before? Send us a screenshot of your Razer Synapse so we can see what's exactly happening. Also do send us a PM together with the serial number of your Mamba Tournament Edition mouse.
I am having this same issue with my Razer Naga as of 2 days ago

i have this kind of issue too.
Razer Synapse 3 wont detect my mamba wireless mouse, but it detected my BW V2 Tournament Edition Keyboard.

ok, according to support staff, my variant (16000) isn't supported by synapse 3
