Can't register my Razer Hammerhead and can't connect them to app

Firstly I was so eager to have a Razer product, and I was so glad when I received those hammerheads as a gift. Unfortunately I am unable to register them to the website because of "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again." I am not going to go into details of how I am unable to connect them to the Razer App. Additionally there is a problem with them, because they loose connectivity in YouTube and Spotify. Please help me figure out those problems. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
