Can't register product

Hi,

I've been trying to register my Razer basilisk ultimate + dock on https://razerid.razer.com/products/new, but everytime I try to submit the form, I get an error message saying 'Item serial number does not match product number'.

I double checked but everything is filled out correctly.

Please help!
