Can't Update Nari Firmware

My Nari lost sound a few months back and I couldn't figure out why. I figured it just couldn't connect to the transeiver anymore any thought I would just have to wait to get a new one as they're out of stock. Then, I looked today to see if the dongles were in stock but then saw that the problem could be pairing or a firmware update. Proceeded to download both pieces of software. However, whenever I try to run them (Nari, not ultimate), I keep getting an error message saying, "Wireless USB transceiver firmware update failed" and I have no idea why. Can someone please help?

Same here. I'm loosong my mind. I started to have a USB not recognize then switch USB and it worked for a very short amout of time. My Nari started to connect/disconnect all the time back and forth until they stopped completely. I had never used them wireless since I plug them in my xbox controller but now they're completely useless on a PC.

I've tried to update firmware, it failed, tried to recover dongle, it failed, tried to pair them and it failed.

If I plug the dongle in a USB hub it shows as Nari Headset but won't work nor pair. If I plus them in directly, USB is not recognize.

I've done this on 2 laptops and noting works.
Yup, that's exactly what's happening to me. First real big problem I've had with a Razer periph over the last 10 years. Granted, my Nari is like 2-3 years old so I'm sure that maybe has something to do with it. I just hope it's a problem that can be fixed. With that in mind, I haven't tried uninstalling the driver so I'll be back with that lol
Found the dongle listed as a generic USB Input Device under the device manager, uninstalled it then tried running the firmware updater, no dice. It's like the dongle can't be recognized anymore

Hey guys! Were you able to try using the Nari Pairing Utility? Anyways, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of the error message when trying to run the firmware update. I can use those to get a good grasp of the situation and assist you accordingly.
