    Ah, you really think the prototype was stolen?
    I naïvely assumed it was just PR/marketing from Razer. (-;

    Sadly Razer projects have remained prototypes in the past, think of Project Christine.

    Quite likely in this case as well. However if gaming laptop performance keeps improving dramatically then i can see it being revisited and becoming a thing in the future.

    To run three screen's you need multiple video cards. Is there enough space for in a laptop?

    I've been looking for a new laptop for a month now, but none of them fit my specifications.

    I test software for a living so I run multiple virtual machines at a time. This means I need large amounts of memory and disk space. My current setup is a Asus ROG 75VW with 16 Gb Ram but I am regularly hitting the ceiling on the VMs ( I run Linux and windows ) and when I write code I need a second monitor and it is getting a little old.

    Knowing all this I started looking at new laptops:
    Mac - Great build, huge battery life - 16Gb max - so that's out
    Alienware - Great build, decent battery life - 32Gb max - so that's close.

    Then I looked at Razor - Great build, medium to poor battery life - 64Gb max - definitely a winner.
    Then out comes the Project Valerie built on Blade Pro with 3 screens. Lots of memory, disk space and screen real estate. Now this is worth looking at.

    What I'd like to see on Project Valerie is the battery life for a 99Wh battery about 5-7 hours. Of course this means on 1 screen with NVidia Optimus but seriously who is going to pop out 3 screens on a train

    Good thing is when I am at home I can use it like a normal laptop but when I am at work I have my 64Gb 12000 px 3 screen monster screaming away as I code the next set of tests running on 3 VMs

    So sign me up Razor - I'll take a project Valerie w/ 64Gb RAM and a spare powersupply and one of those power brick things ASAP.

    P.S. I did think about getting a normal laptop with VR but since Occulus doesn't work on linux at the moment that is not an option ( I'm looking at you John Carmack ). And it would be embarrassing going into a meeting with my boss and saying "Here put on this glasses that I've been wearing day in day out for the last 6 months and you'll be able to see it."

    So, for me, Project Valerie is not just a gaming machine - it is a serious development platform for business.

    Ever since I seen this on Razer's Instagram, I know deep down if it ever does get released, I'd be saving up in every way I can just to be able to purchase this Project Valerie Laptop :heart:

    Did they ever find who stole them? I seen one for sale just not sure if it was real or not seeing how it was for sale in China I think.

    Hope this happens, but with a better GPU that can handle all of them monitors easily!
