Can someone help me about how to change the TOTP authenticator app? My old phone is broken and is nearly dying. I just bought a new phone and I want to generate my codes from a TOTP authenticator app in my new phone. Searching in various razer sites(razerid, razer gold, razer online store, etc.) doesn't seem to have any option for linking a new TOTP authenticator app. I was using codes through SMS whenever my old phone does not start up.
I actually already contacted support. I have case number. But the support did not help me in my problem. It even jeopardized my situation. He actually deleted the phone number associated with my account so now I cannot generate codes through SMS. Luckily, my old phone turned on earlier and I managed to put my phone number back in my account. I am not sure how the support did not understand what I need help with.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok after contacting them again about my case. They finally removed the option to generate code from my old TOTP authenticator app. But it seems they still don't have a way to link a new authenticator app. Probably an effect of migrating the razer gold/silver.
