Your being in the UK shouldn't be an issue at all.

What version of Razer Synapse are you running? The Blackwidow Chroma v2 works with both Synapse 2 and 3, but the lighting profiles are not interchangeable between Synapse versions.

For Synapse 2, the profile needs to be "xxx.razerchroma", and for Synapse 3, IIRC the profile needs to be "xxx.RazerSynapse".
i dont know how to find out which synapse im using. i tried looking in settings and googled it but cant see it. it just says its an xml document.

Whoops, first of all, my bad. the Synapse 3 profile should read "xxx.ChromaEffect".

Can you share a screenshot of your Synapse window? I could tell just by looking at that. And the lighting profile should definitely not just end in .xml, but in one of the file suffixes I listed above.

Could you PM me the link to the website, so I can see what type of file you are talking about? Don't post it on here, just PM me.

Whoops, I see your problem. You're running Synapse 2, and those lighting profiles are only compatible with Synapse 3 (they end with ".ChromaEffect").

You have 2 options:
1) Find some different Chroma profiles for your keyboard, and make sure that they are compatible with Synapse 2 - they will end in ".razerchroma".
2) Download and install Synapse 3, as those lighting profiles will be usable there. You navigate to your device, and then the "LIGHTING" tab, and there you will find an option to import custom lighting profiles.
ok il try download synapse 3 thank you for your time.
