Charging Issues and Odd Noise

So I have a Razer blade stealth 13 - 2020 and I have been having an issue with charging for a while. In that while charging it will suddenly stop charging and I have to disconnect it, wait a few minutes, and repeat until it eventually charges up. I tried solving this by uninstalling drivers and whatnot, but nothing changed, so I decided to live with it - that is something I have more or less accepted. But a more concerning thing for me is that just now - in addition to the normal fan whirring there is a high pitched hiss or noise of some sort. It is a mechanical noise, but I have no idea what the source is. Please let me know if anyone can remedy either situation as that would be an immense help.
Thanks in advance!

Check if your fans/vents are clogged with dust. You may clean it using a can of compressed air. Try installing the Intel Drivers and Software Assistant through this link and check for your laptop's available driver updates.
That did seem to help with the noise, but right now the issue is that my laptop is at 0% charge somehow and its not charging despite being plugged in. So I have no idea when it will die on me / how to fix that charging issue.
Literally died as typing the message, is there anyway to fix this?

That's good to hear. For the battery issue, please check and perform the steps from this article: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393/. Let me know how it goes.
I have done that before to no avail (and tried again just now).
For some reason what happens is that the laptop wil charge for some time, then it will stop charging. I will have to disconnect the charger for a while and then reconnect it in a little bit in hopes it charges again. I don't think its an issue with the charger as during the time it cannot charge my laptop it is able to charge other devices. So I don't really know what causes the issue.

Hey, after reading your thread, it seems like the issue may resolve in your power bank/battery itself, it's best to get it replaced, or just to remove it and have it (your device) plugged in all the time.
1) Could I just go to a nearby bestbuy or something to replace the battery?
2) I don't know if the latter would work, as even while plugged in it doesn't seem to take the charge in whenever these things happen.

Thanks for letting me know. And yes, this could be a possible hardware issue. Does the unit stay on, but only when the power adapter is plugged in? Also, I want to offer our repair service but check if your laptop belongs to our discontinued model list.
No the my laptop can stay on even if not connected to power, that issue just means that charging becomes a pain. The easiest way to explain what my issue is is that the charger almost seems battery powered - it will be able to charge it for a some time and then I will have to disconnect it for some time before I can charge my laptop again. My laptop is 13inch 2020 so I don't see it on the list.
