I had many Razer products in the past years and yet many of them seem to end up broken. This especially happens with headphones. I am currently using some Kraken 7.1 Chroma headphones. The audio is perfect and the 360 sound system works most of the time, but the thing is that it cant resist large amounts of physical damage. Even the softest punch can damage the headphone, I started to see many problems with the headphones structure.

The first thing that annoys me the most is the rope style cable that it has, the cable tangle itself and its impossible to untangle it, most of the time it restrains the space that I'm allowed to move due to the cable being shorten up and that leads to me making my monitor fall down, the cable tangled itself so much that it cut through the wire and now the headphones won't connect.

I've noticed that the layer of fabric protecting the inner part of the foam that is placed in your ears started to come off. it's not much of a problem but I expected to be one of the parts that lasted longer since it is the one that I touchless.

Finally, the microphone, the tip of the retractable microphone has come off, as if a piece of plastic broke off. There was no issue at first but then it started to malfunction. Sometimes there was no audio input and my friends couldn't hear me or it made a blowing into the mic noise by itself and my friends could only hear that.

I am done with Razer products, I will be looking forward to any other branch that produces quality products such as Corsair.
