I've created a League of Legends profile with the intention of giving people that use it a slight unfair advantage. Yup, I'm a dick lol. It tracks the cooldowns of your lane opponents Ignite, Flash, Heal and Teleport. Check out the video for more details

I've had this keyboard for more than 2 months now. It's a beautiful keyboard and I've explored many of its capabilities during this time.

It was a lofty investment and I had done a bit of research to come to a confident decision as to whether I should make the purchase. Unfortunately, I am beginning to become less satisfied with the present capabilities and this posting is meant to express some of my concerns and disappointments.

One of the major considerations for my decision to purchase this keyboard was targeted around an SDK. I am a software developer and I knew that any limitations that I might have come across could potentially be surpassed by the ability to utilize an SDK. An SDK would allow developers like myself to enhance the behavior and capabilities of this keyboard and potentially create a more dynamic experience. This has been promoted on the website and I have heard nothing regarding it's release.

Another consideration revolves around the current user interface around the software that allows customized configurations (Synapse). On initial impression, it's very attractive and shows dedication to visual appeal. Upon usage, however, it comes up short in many ways, including application behavior standards. Keyboard layouts are awkward to save and even more difficult to load(import) because it does not remove existing layers. I had read in my research that the Synapse software was updated regularly and I had hoped I would experience that. I realize that 2 months is not a lot of time in a software development cycle, but some of the flawed behavior in the software is fundamental and should be able to be fixed in short order.

The last concern of note is the fact that this keyboard has an audio interface in it. The lack of ability to utilize audio in the keyboard layout is troublesome. I would have expected to see something by now.

I have a number of other concerns regarding the use of the synapse software that I won't mention right now, but I wanted to at least express some of my frustration on this matter.

I'm hoping these issues can be resolved soon. I am starting to get "buyers remorse". :slightly_sad:

@Ergonyx Thanks!! I had mentioned a while back that I didn't really want to ask for someone else to do the work for me, but this is precisely what I would've asked for. Now my chroma keyboard will match my laptop. I love it!! [IMG]

What about multiple profiles? I have several that I downloaded from the contest, and I can't seem to figure out how to get more than one loaded at a time. I figured this was probably a little quicker than blundering around software I'm not familiar with.
  18. 1. Open Razer Synapse software
    2. In Keyboard Menu/ Click the Plus sign under Select Profile and name new profile.
Optional: assign shortcut to make switching between profiles easier.
    3. Click Chroma Configurator.
    4. In Configurator click 3 lines on bottom and select import then import a profile.
    5. Click Apply after importing profile.
    6. Exit out of Chroma Configurator and your profile is saved.
    7. Click the plus sign under Select Profile to create a different profile
    8. Repeat
PS I would suggest to make shortcuts for your favorite profile so you can switch between them easily.

So I have to create new profiles for each configuration? That seems redundant and silly. Aren't those so you can switch between sets of macros for different games? This means I am gonna have a shit ton of profiles just for a color layout.... Anyone know if they are working on this?
