Chroma apps not syncing?

Anybody else having issues with chroma apps not syncing to certain games? For me it's Overwatch, the different character lighting no longer appears. Not sure if it's the game or synapse but when I run Diablo 3, everything works as it should. My guess is the game if another game seems to light up normally.

Yeah same for me, Overwatch isn't changing the lighting anymore, but Apex is. Chroma Apps is enabled so not sure what happened, tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse and OW but it didn't work

Yeah, basic trouble shoot doesn't seem to work. My guess is there's a bug with the recent update for the game. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Part of why I buy Razer products is because the lighting syncs to Overwatch.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, with Divinity and Overwatch. For Overwatch, Blizzard actually confirmed that they had to deactivate the sync with Razer due to some issues that were ocurring, but it is supposed to be back on by next Tuesday's patch.

That's actually news to me! I couldn't find any sort of answer as to why this was happening. I knew it had to be the game! Thank you for the info btw ❤️

Yeah, Chroma isn't reading mine either and I'm hoping that's the only issue. But then again, it doesn't reads Divinity 2 either. So, right now I know for a fact that Overwatch is having issues with Chroma Connect, but I'm not 100% sure that Synapse 3 is working properly right now either.
