Im with you..I check every two days.As customer they can't take time to give us positive info?We need to all call in for a answer we deserve after paying all this money.This keyboards are not just for Gamers.Im a producer who likes style in my work environment.this is awhile new world interested in gaming keyboard because of the look and style. Most producers use Mac...

    lol, ya. Keep the eyes on them thread. I hope they release an update soon. I don't want one today though, I couldn't believe what they said.

  5. I'm just glad that so many mac users are coming together about this. I thought that I was one of the only mac users that adores razer when I created this thread, but I'm happy now that I get to see that it's not just me :). Let's have hope today.

  8. I just contacted razer support and recieved this in response:

    "Thanks for your support on Razer Synapse.
    We are sorry for any inconvenience, however, as you can see, this feature is not available at this point of time.
    We have included this features into feature requested poll for the Mac developer team to work on this.
    We do not have ETA yet at this point of time.
    Again thanks for the feedback and have a nice day.

    Razer Software Team"

    Hopefully this isn't the case and it truly will come out sooner than...never...

  9. Disappointing. It seems that every support person says something different.
  10. Reply to them with the link to the thread where the staff member set the ETA to late March. The support team doesn't actually know about the ETA's for stuff like this until they actually go and talk to the devs. That's what happened when I contacted support.
    They will likely reply to you with what they replied to me, which is the original ETA is still pretty much what they expected it to be, so we should be close.

  13. If the specialist confirmed that it was towards the end of March in the middle of March, I would assume we're close to getting it still.

  17. Ok Razer, I spoke with someone from support, and he said to know the new ETA, we would need to contact the insider staff. He said that the only way to do so is on a thread like this one. So please, just please give us an update on the Blackwidow Chroma Configurator for Mac. That's all I'm asking.

    I don't believe this to be true, do let us know the support staff that you have spoken to so I can follow up accordingly on what is going on. As far as I know we're still waiting on news and right now unfortunately, we do not have an update, you'll be sure to know when there are news.
