for some reason razer SDK still hame issue with gensin impact. i have tried few troubleshoot. perhaps support team @Razer.Speedcr0ss have the answer
Hey Tavish.shawty! Please collage your Synapse 3.0 logs first. Once done, please remove/delete the Chroma Connect restart your computer, and add the said module back to the software. Should the behavior persist? please proceed with the Razer Synapse 3.0's clean installation. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can initiate a case on your behalf.

already did perform clean reinstall synapse, even clean windows installation. and still doesnt work. i did this coz not long ago there is Insider who had the same issue with Chroma integration. For some reasons, only Genshin Impact that doesnt work same goes with the other Insider.
I'll PM you for Synapse Log sometimes this weekend. literally just uninstall Genshin impact a couple days ago
