Chroma Effects Not Working for Specific Peripherals

Hello,

I recently purchased the Goliathus Chroma Extended Mat and when plugging it in, I was no longer to apply chroma effects to my Lian Li Razer Case, my ThermalTake fans, or my Razer Chroma Mouse Bungee. The only way I can sync them all up is by creating a new profile and leaving it at the default spectrum cycling. If I try changing any effects the case, bungee, and fans all go dark. and cannot be fixed. I have tried performing a clean install, deleting all effects, restarting multiple times, deleting drivers but nothing has since worked. Everything was perfect before plugging in the mat and I'm not really sure where to go.

Note that I have a Razer keyboard, mouse, monitor, wireless charger, and headset that are all still working fine and can be edited. The only issues are with the case, fans and bungee.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,

interesting, I have the same problem since today. I've added a new WS2812B stripe connected to my Razer LED controller, added it to my Studio profile and lost the lights of ASUS control. While testing, the HUE integration was lost, too. Devices are still connected and shown in Studio but it is not possible to activate them. Creating a new profile all devices lights up. Changing any device, non Razer devices changes to off. The "quick effects" of the devices are still working. Seems to be a problem with last update...

My connected devices:

- Tartarus Pro
- Razer RGB Controller with 1x 70 LEDs and 1x 11 LEDs WS2812B
- Goliathus
- Basilisk V2
- Huntsman
- DIYHUE with 10 lights
Hello,

Thanks for sharing! It sounds like we are having the exact same problem. The "quick effects" are working for me as well. The only difference is that my Razer Chroma Bungee is a Razer product that was switched off as well. Like you said this seems to be an issue with the update. Hopefully, this gets resolved ASAP.
I as well am no longer able to control the lighting effect of my O11 razor case. very frustrating!

We are aware of this, and we already have a team on top of it. With that said, sending us your Synapse 3 logs will help speed things up. Use this to collect the necessary files, then upload them on GDrive along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32 and send me a shareable link.

Good morning,

today I've got a new update. Synapse still has version 3.6.331.31613 like yesterday but the LED sync is nearly working again. My Chroma Studio profiles are working again, all Razer LEDs (incl. WS2812B stripes and DIYHUE lights).

Only ASUS Aura Connect isn't working - it was not connected. I've installed ASUS Armoury Crate and device updates (and stopped the Armoury Crate service again), reinstalled ASUS Aura Connect but did not get it connected again. So I've uninstalled ASUS Aura Connect and installed the newer Chroma Control for ASUS (https://github.com/ChromaControl/ChromaControl/releases/tag/msix-beta). Unfortunately the software is not working... But I think the developer will fixed it in some days too.

So thanks to Razer for fixing this issue within some days! Hopefully it fixed it for the other guys as well 🙂 But it would be VERY nice if RAZER would fix the D-Pad / Analogue Stick problems of Tartarus V2 / Pro devices too...

Cheers!
