I purchased a Razer Blade Stealth in mid 2018 and after around six months of use I began to have issues where sections of the keyboard would refuse to light up. This in of itself was not a big deal as a simple restart could fix the problem. Despite this, I am now facing issues where the whole keyboard refuses to light. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times, reinstalled drivers and everything I can think of. No chroma lighting at all.
Quick context: The issues only started to occur after I purchased a Razer Atherius and started to run Synapse 2.0 and 3.0 Beta side by side. This is where zones would go out. After introducing a Razer core, chroma stand, and blackwiddow lite, and a Kracken headset.
Additional info: I am convinces it is a software issue as the keyboard in terms of key presses works absolutely fine. Also the lights will occasionally work fine for no apparent reason until I decide to shutdown or restart my machine. I have followed the instructions of Tech support multiple times to no avail.
Can someone please help me solve my issue?
