Chroma quick effects not working withj BT or 2.4 mode

In the manual of the Blackwidow v3 hyperspeed, it states Chroma Effects can be used using fn+ctrl+number. However this seems to be working using BT mode. For me in BT mode the keyboard is not discovered by Chroma Studio. Chroma studio is discovered using 2.4 mode but those hotkeys dont work then.

I only see them working when i use it wired.

This is issue is also related to my other thread i posted about Chroma Studio not able to connect in BT mode.

perhaps this is normal use case. I think its related to Synapse 3 running and overruling those shortcuts. I do think tyhis should be added in the manual. Your manuals are notr clear about connectivity and nothing is stated about it. This causes issues for some people as ive seen quite some threads about it

This is something that I'll have to confirm with our engineers. Please PM me the serial number of your keyboard. I can use it to verify its model. I'd appreciate it if you gather your Synapse logs by following this guide. You can upload the log file on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files:
1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share.
2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box.
3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon.
