Chroma Studio profile issues

Hey everyone!
I'm having an issue with my chroma profile and while I've seen several threads on profile issues, I haven't seen one that describes my actual issue. I only had one profile besides the standard Chroma Effect 1 and I always used my own. Now, while the profile still technically is there and technically is active, it's as if all the colour settings and the keys I applied them to are gone. So basically the profile is there, so are the layers, but the actual settings for the layers are gone? I hope I explained this properly, I'm just a bit confused so it's harder to explain.
I also just edited the profile by hiding one of the layers, so it was all there and functioning earlier. Then I updated windows and also had some issues with that update so I had to restart my PC after the update again, so this might be the reason things got messed up.
I'm not sure how to fix this, I've only been using Razer products for roughly a year now. I already tried repairing Synapse 3, but that didn't help...
I'd really appreciate tips or ideas on what to do :)
