They're rewarding people who can afford very good PCs and can afford bigger Electricity bills. The goal was to reward people who couldn't afford any Razer stuff.

How I'm suppose to say this concerns without being the guy asking for more zSilvers ? :)
I'm just exposing the problems, the risks of what SoftMiner is doing, which are real and dangerous.

So, you play games and get rewarded, and you call it useless. Basically doing mostly what you would do anyway, and still get something for free. How can that be useless.
I hate to repeat myself, but you have to accept that Razer made changes with their policy of P2P, and this is only one way to score zSilver. There are bunch of others, while the main thing is with Razer zGold.
Not the only way, but the only free way where you can score substantial amount of zSilver. If you don't like it, just don't use it. Nobody forces you to install it. Just like I didn't.

Like someone else said in this topic, people need to move away from the past edition of P2P. P2P is not for scoring Razer gear for free anymore. It's gone.
This new edition is here along with some other ways of earning zSilver, while the biggest point is in usgin Razer zGold. Not getting zSilver for being AFK anymore in games, but earning while you are using some other Razer's services (or their parner's).

Hi, I have a small request, can Razer CEO add a new policy that buying Razer peripherals and add to Razer Synapse for the first time can get zsilver similar to zgold purchasing game rate at least besides Razer Insider achievement? I think it is a good idea and worth put into consideration as it can stimulate the sales of Razer peripherals and compete with other brands such as Logitech, Corsair etc. Thanks a million!

If you ask me, there haven't been any misconceptions about the SoftMiner, just the same stubborn and greedy people who are not contented with the amount of the silvers they can get now. Damn, and this idea with the electricity bill is complete non-sense, if you prolly just leave your pc's open all the time, but if you have the SoftMiner too then it's too much. Bullshit! I'm starting to think that this silver earning thing should become more selective, like not letting every greedy and selfish person doing it. Probably just kids who don't understand the way all this silver thing goes and therefore new stupid rumors appear. Maybe if choosing who're the most loyal to this program we can filter the people and the rewards, otherwise this will someday have the same fate as p2p.
