Order placed from Razer.com and was shipped over 8 business days ago but status shows clearance delay for over a week now. Contacted Razer customer support chat twice during this time with no resolution - support staff said it’s being process but I’ve seen no movement after more than a week.
On the forums it seems this is a common issue but haven’t seen any good solutions either. Anyone had any success dealing with this? I’ve submitted a ticket with Razer support as well.

A statement is required from the consignee unless the consignee authorizes the shipper to complete and include the toxic substance statement on their behalf.

“A statement is required from the consignee unless the consignee authorizes the shipper to complete and include the toxic substance statement on their behalf.
Recommended action: If the consignee has authorized the shipper to complete on their behalf; include a copy of the written authorization with the shipping documentation. If the shipper is not authorized to complete; consignee must provide the statement.”
