CLEARANCE DELAY

    Hi! First time buyer of Razer products

    Just purchased a sleek new Mercury Razer 15 but when I come and check the shipment status, it says its stuck in Memphis because of a Clearance Delay. Apparently "Shipper or Importer must provide manufacturer name and address or manufacturer identification code (MID)". What am I supposed to do?

    Cmon Razer, I dropped $2.5k on your product and you're telling me you can't handle handle shipping properly?

    There's probably a lot of products since the quartz edition probably sold out and I'm waiting for mine too, a lot of people are buying products but from what I learned we'll get a 1-2 day delay shipping.
