CLEARANCE DELAY

    Hello a few days ago for the first time a purchase. by Razer.com, During the tracking of the package Fedex warns me that my package has a customs clearance delay. If someone has gone through this, what should I do? because I'm panicking because I see that the same thing happened to many in this forum. I just want to know if my package hasn't arrived, will my money be returned to me or, unfortunately, I've already lost, please help!!

    Have you already submitted a support ticket about this? If so, please send me your ticket number so I can review it and update it if necessary to sort this problem out. But if you still haven't, PM me your order number so I can check the status of your order and assist you accordingly. Let's pick things up from there.
