code issue

yesterday i conntacted the razer support to get a new activication code and i recieved one. as soon as i tried to activate the 7.1, it said that my code isn't valid. i cheched up the internet website of razer and it said the letter i might be a l or the number 0 might be an O but i have no 0 no O and neither an I in my activation code. i don't have another plan why it is not working. I made sure that i have written every number and letter one by one and also correctly. it's still invalid. i bought the headsets a few days ago and i didn't give my code to anyone else.
