Hello, I bought my Razer Blade 15 RTX 2060 Model at October 2019
Since day one there always was Coil whine, a high annoying sound, I tought its normal..
Untill its got louder this week, I never had performance issues but still I don't want to take risk if its not ok.

Sound crackling was since day one, but I was ok with that because usually I use my External Sound Card, but still its really annoying because Its a defective hardware and it should be replaced..

I tried to install and reinstall different drivers, but It didn't helped...

This week first Pixel on my Screen Died, by puting a Black Background you can see a white pixel..

Is there a way to RMA? or what can I do?

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Blade 15's concerns. Allow me to help. By the way, does the coil whine happen while the laptop is on the BIOS screen? Do the speaker crackle and dead pixel happen on all programs and windows? Please go to Safe Mode by following the steps below and observe:

1. Click the Windows button On/Off.
2. Hold down the Shift key and click Restart.
3. Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
4. Afterward, go to “Advanced options” and click Start-up Settings.
5. Under “Start-up Settings” click Restart.
6. Several boot options will be displayed. Select "Enable Safe Mode".
7. Perform a pixel test by clicking this link: http://lcdtech.info/en/tests/dead.pixel.htm.

Send me a photo/video showing the issue by saving it in your Google Drive or Dropbox account then paste the link via PM. Let's continue from there.
