I am planning to purchase a Razer Blade stealth QHD 128GB version. And I would like to connect a external monitor to it. The monitor I am looking at is a Samsung display with a resolution of 1920x1080. I am wondering if the computer will be able to handle the graphic load of the monitor and still run smoothly. I would prefer to not buy the razer core but of it is recommended I could purchase it. I do not plan to game on this system but I do plan to do some coding and 3D modelling and the rest of the time just normal usage.

If you're using a Windows 10 PC, you will surely encounter scaling issue. Very well known issue. Best to get a QHD external monitor.

You probably will encounter the scaling issue, but it won't have any problems with the graphic load of 3D modelling (maybe a bit of CPU bottleneck for that).
