Cortex Booster Prime not working for Warzone

    I been trying to use booster prime for Warzone and I keep getting a message that it is " unable to retrieve my Gale's current settings" I've tried restarting the game and even deleting it from the library and adding it again without luck. Has anyone faced this and found a solution?

    Hi! I, too, have been having the same issue now since Warzone was added to the Booster Prime list. Would love to see a fix for this soon!

If yes, please upload this file to a cloud service (e.g. dropbox/ one drive/Google drive), then, share the link address with us in your PM. If no, could you please find this file from your PC and send it to us?

    We know that the config.cfg file is installed in the 'players' folder now from your screenshot. However, we are not 100% sure of the exact installation position of this file since there may be different scenarios in the 'This PC' (the installation path you provided for us in your screenshot) section for different PC users.

    Here could you please click on the address bar, copy the content, and share it with us? Please check the image attached below.

    The other information we need is the whole 'players' folder which shows in the screenshot you sent to us. Could you please zip the 'players' folder and share the zip file with us via the Cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, One drive, etc? Please check the image attached.

    To protect your privacy, please feel free to PM us your link when you share it with us. Please make sure that you give us the access permission before you send us the link.

    I have the same problem. Cortex does not work with warzone

    I had to uninstall the software and then reinstall it, before this "update" if i clicked "make adjustments" the razer software crashed, now if i click "make adjustments", nothing happen. I dont get any window prompt to adjust nothing.

    Hello
    i bought a pc like 2 month ago and i have a 1650 super and core i5 9400f
    after warzone new update my fps came down to 60 to 80 and for fixing that i installed the razer cortex according to my friends suggestion
    after installing i head to the booster prime and that was the error the app said
