    Hey there!

    Thank you for sharing your inquiry here. Razer Cortex has added Microsoft OneDrive to our white list to avoid the potential risk of damaging your files. That is to say, Razer Cortex will not stop the syncing process when boosting. If you want to stop sync when playing games, please check this article and stop the process for some hours.

    since 3 or 4 days game booster (speed up) causes Pubg game crash's without a error msg from pubg.
    the main service crash's (+- 3-5 min after start of the match) and the red marked service ned to be killed via taskmanager before i can restart pubg

    the only thing change at my system ist a xfx RX 5700 XT -> Sapphire RX 6800 Puls OC+

    I already do a radeon driver - clean reinstall

    When using Cortex games get unplayable. Instead of boosting my FPS, i get frame drops going down to 4 FPS or even lower until I exit Cortex.

    • Could you please let us know which game you were playing when this issue occurred? Does Razer Cortex make FPS drop in every game or just certain games?

    Well, Razer Cortex is capable of closing all the processes...

    It just can't run the damn game, yay.

    I tried to run Dying Light (The first one) Through Razer Cortex (A Game that was on my steam account), it closes everything, says that it liberated almost 3gb of RAM, aaaaaaaaand nothing.

    The same happens with my Uplay games and yada yada.

    Edit: The game finally opened, it took so long that I actually forgot about it.

    For the sake of explaining better, I tried to launch the game around 9pm (Lisbon time), the game only launched now, 12am (Lisbon time), so it has been 3 hours between trying to launch a game using the beta thing and the game actually opening.

    How about turn off the auto boost?
    That feature makes coretex to activate game booster automatically.

    So, if you wanna play game without cortex, just turn off auto boost. It's on left side of "Boost now" button.

    As a Razer Cortex user myself, I understand how frustrating this situation is for you. But not to worry, I will try my best to help you out.

    As @samuel2050 suggested, could you please disable the Auto-Boost feature in Razer Cortex > GAME BOOSTER > Auto-Boost, and launch your game from Razer Cortex to see whether this issue is fixed?

    For us to further investigate this issue and determine the correct resolution, it would be great if you could provide us with your Razer Cortex logs.

    Reporting a couple of issues here.

    1. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will not launch with Cortex running.

    2. When I went to the feedback page in Cortex, my feedback on the above would not submit due to a lost internet connection. This is happening even though I am connected to wi-fi.

    CSGO doesn't show the fps frame from cortex.

    Thank you for participating in our beta program. The FPS overlay will not show in games with anti-cheat software. CS: GO has anti-cheat software. The in-game features will be blocked by it.
