    The last Cortex beta messed up my Razer account and I still haven't gotten my original user name back since.

    After updates to Latest version, I feel it works slightly faster. Maybe some codes are optimized, aren't they?

    Yes, we have improved and optimized the whole UI and all performance in Razer Cortex 10 to provide our users with a better experience. Consistently improving our product is the most important thing we do all the time. Never hesitate to let us know if you have any comments, suggestions, or bugs you encounter when you use Razer Cortex.

    The new UI looks pretty neat, but I am missing the playtime that used to be on the game that you select.

    The new cortex app is just...

    Razer Cortex is glitching out, every time I open it it just does the windows failed to launch and says "This file is corrupted and will not launch." What should I do?

    Sorry to hear that. Maybe that happens because one of these.

    1. The installation of Cortex beta was interrupted cause installer failed to extract.
    2. Some installation files of Cortex beta was corrupted.
    3. The installer was corrupted.(This one happens extremely low.)
    4. Installation was successed, but files corrupted after closing installer.(I think Cortex beta installer is fine, but some programs got this issue. Don't make the conclusion with other cases.)

    In my opinion, you should reinstall Cortex beta. Download Cortex from website and upgrade it to beta.

    Here could you please let us know which game you played? As games with anti-cheat software will block the FPS display feature, the FPS counter will not display in games with anti-cheat software.

    Thank you very much for taking part in our beta testing. It's great to know that you like the new UI. We also improve the whole performance of Razer Cortex. We'd especially love to hear from our users if you have any comments, feedback, or any bugs you encounter.

    Regarding the gameplay time issue, if I understand you correctly, you mean that you lost the gameplay time recorded in Cortex 9, am I right?

    Razer Cortex 9 saves the data on the local PC, your gameplay time would be lost if you reinstall Razer Cortex. While Razer Cortex 10 saves the data in the cloud, the data will keep in our app if you reinstall Razer Cortex as long as you log in with the same Razer ID. Since the way is different, some data would be lost in Razer Cortex 10. But if the game is from Steam, GOG, Origin, or Ubisoft Connect, the lost data would be back by connecting Razer Cortex to the platform.
