Cortex does not detect installed games

Hi, I have a problem with the new Library in Cortex 10.0.249.0.

Cortex is correctly detecting my Steam games but some of them have the INSTALL button even if they are installed.
Most of those games are made in unity but not all of them (I'm not sure what Increlution is made in)

As an example: Spirit Hunters: Infinite Horde (appid:1914580)
Game runs normally from Steam but Cortex is trying to install it. I tried reinstalling the game and refreshing + restarting Cortex but it had no effect.
When I press Install, Cortex starts trying to do something for a half second but does nothing.

When I opened game settings (has to be opened via "+ ADD TAGS") I can see that Launch options are empty

Update:
I noticed that on the "bugged" games achievements don't sync so I tried to force sync by disconnecting Steam Library and connecting it again
When I tried to disconnect Steam Library and Achievements, Cortex fixed the INSTALL problem but I encountered different problem...
My Steam library is disconnected - I can't see any not-installed games but settings say that my Library is connected.
When I try to disconnect it, it does nothing and keeps saying it's connected. Relog / reinstalling Cortex didn't do anything

As a Razer user myself, I understand how frustrating this situation is for you. But not to worry, I will be here assisting you to resolve this issue.

To quickly help you out, please follow the below steps to restart ‘Razer Game Manager Service’:

  • Exit Razer Cortex.
  • Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.
  • Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service’ to Restart it.
  • Re-launch Razer Cortex.

I attach an image for reference.

If the issue persists, please try to Repair your Razer Cortex.

After trying all the above methods, if the issue persists, please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs and send them via PM.

Hi Michelle, thank you for the reply.

I restarted the services (for some reason I have two of them) and now the Steam library is 'Disconnecting...'.
I tried repairing Cortex and restarting PC, but it didn't have any effect, library is still trying to disconnect

Thank you for sharing your screenshot with us here. I have received your Cortex logs. If you have other Razer software such as Synapse installed on your PC, you will have two Razer Game Manager Services. Razer Cortex 10 uses Razer Game Manager Services 3.

Update:

After leaving PC on for the night, my library successfully disconnected.
When I reconnected it, I'm back to my original problem: Cortex is trying to install already installed games.

I sent you the new logs via PM.
