  8. I must not completely understand the question. If the game wasn't installed on my PC, I wouldn't expect Cortex to launch the game. The games I'm speaking of are all installed. It's only the Adult Only games that won't launch and instead say "Install", but they are installed. In fact, I recently disconnected from Steam via Cortex, to see if that would do anything, but now the mature games aren't even listed any longer. Since this worked before Cortex 10, it almost seems as though the new version is filtering those games out.

    Hey there!

    Thank you for sharing your issue with us here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I am delighted to be of your assistance.

    Razer Cortex indeed blocked adult games in DEALS but not in MY LIBRARY.

    Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot on your side:
    1. Ensure that your adult games are installed on your local drives while not on other cloud services.
    2. Ensure that your adult games are installed in the default position. You can change your game's installation path by selecting a different destination drive, but do not make any changes to the folders or directories.
    • If you have installed it in a customized position, please uninstall and reinstall them.
    • Then, clear the cache by deleting this folder: C:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager3\Data\rzr_userid.
    • Restart your Razer Game Manager Service 3: 1) Exit Razer Cortex. 2) Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.3) Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Restart it. 4) Launch Razer Cortex.
    Finally, please start your adult game and see whether these games can be added to Razer Cortex automatically. If don't, please add them manually and launch the games from Razer Cortex.
