Hello everyone.
On my birthday, I was given Razer nari ultimate for xbox headphones. There was no limit to my happiness until I connected them to the xbox series x. At first, the headphones constantly lost contact with the console and made the gamepad inactive. All this continued until the update was released on the console. Everything is working fine now, but there is one terribly annoying jamb. When playing, listening to music, and especially when speaking from the headphones(especially the right one), you can hear crackling (clicks). This crackling sound can be heard even when the vibration is turned off. At first I thought that I had got defective headphones and passed it for inspection, after 45 days I changed the headphones, but the crackle did not go away. Then a friend bought the same ones, we exchanged headphones, but both have a crackle. For the sake of the purity of the experiment, I took the headphones and went to another friend who has new headphones from Microsoft on his headphones everything works without problems, but it is worth connecting mine immediately you can hear a crack. I like the headphones, but this crackling (clicks) is really just unbearable after 20 minutes of playing. Razer specialists are asking for help with solving this problem.

Even the headphones have a sharp deterioration in communication, as if strong interference is treated by turning on and off. But this happens every 2-3 hours and you can still live with it somehow.

That is truly unfortunate. Where were the headsets purchased, and was the first replacement sent to you by the reseller or by our Support Team? Do send me the serial number and a copy of the proof of purchase. That way, I can verify the warranty status of the device and look into other possible solutions. I'd appreciate it if you can better describe the noise and share any triggers if you noticed any.
