Crackling in left ear cup on Opus

There is a crackling sound on the left earcup that comes up randomly on my Razer Opus. This crackling sound could be fixed by changing to ambience mode, ANC off, and to ANC on again. About 15 minutes it works and then the crackling returns. I followed the directions on the help desk to no avail. Installed the latest drivers too.

While it is fixable, it's annoying turning ANC on and off constantly. This happens on the first day I bought this headset (about a week prior to this post) which is pretty disappointing to say the least as I really like everything about this headset.

Is there anything that I could do to fix this permanently? I do not have this issue with my Opus X, Is it fixable or do I need return the product?

I recommend contacting where you purchased the headset and asking for a claim if it is still within its warranty period to refrain from this ongoing behavior to happen. You can also perform the step from this link. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
