Crackling Sound in Razer Nari

Hello, I bought Razer Nari a month ago, and everything was prefect until today. I turn the headset on wirelessly, and hear this loud crackling sound and cannot hear the things that are actually playing on my laptop. I tried it with other laptop and everything worked perfectly. I never dropped the headset or damaged it in any kind of way. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi there, @Eisviik! When you tried it on another computer, do you have the Razer Synapse installed on it? Was this working before? Can you send me the serial number of your Razer Nari through PM? Let's continue from there.
I have also just started experiencing this issue. My headset was working fine wirelessly last night and now today I can only hear crackling. I have not changed computer or anything else about my setup. The wired connection works fine still however.

I think I have at least temporarily fixed the issue. It seems to be a problem with razer synapse instead of my headset. I followed instructions from another forum and uninstalled synapse 3, as well as deleting the razer and THX registry folders. I then reinstalled synapse 3 and it now works fine.

This appears to be a common issue to do with the software and not the hardware I think.

Thanks for the update. Feel free to send us a PM if you still have some issues.
