Hi!
I've created a ticket about 3 weeks ago, and I didn't receive any answer or any reaction about it, and it's about a bug that is really bothering me as every time I use my computer, my mouse starts acting super weird and I need to disconnect/reconnect my keyboard to bring it back to life... and I have to do this multiple times per session!
I post in the forum now, hoping that maybe some people may have some ideas to help me out :smile_:
Here is the content of the original ticket and a reply I sent a few days later:

[indent]Hello!

I have a very strange behavior with my Razer Viper Ultimate mouse happening since I bought the Razer Blackwidow V3.

I previously had a Logitech wireless keyboard, but a couple of keys died on me last week, so I decided to go for a mechanical wireless keyboard. I thought it would be better to buy a Razer keyboard so that everything syncs up and uses the same system, so I ended up buying the Razer Blackwidow V3 last Friday.
But since I bought it, I have a weird behavior happening with my mouse in a very random way. It happens that suddenly, I cannot click on anything else but a single app. It happened with NoMachine while working, with Discord while playing (I could only click on Discord windows), or even with just the Windows task bar (the only thing I could click on was the taskbar!).
Everytime it happened, only two things could bring my mouse back: either kill the app I'm stuck on, or turn my Blackwidow V3 keyboard OFF. As soon as I do one of these, it would take a couple of seconds, and everything would go back to normal.
I use both devices with their 2.4Ghz dongles as my desktop computer doesn't support Bluetooth, and I have the mouse dongle on the Mouse Dock Chroma.
I saw online that there could be interference happening between both dongles if they're too close to each other, so I made sure to put the Mouse Dock on the right hand side of my desk, and the keyboard dongle directly on my computer unit on my left hand side under my desk... but it's still happening, so I don't know if it's related.

One of the things I've noticed, is that this seems to happen mostly when either the mouse or the keyboard (or both) come back from sleep mode.

I hope you will be able to help me, because it is quite a handicap. I do have some sort of workaround by turning my keyboard off... but not ideal!
I know you guys started working on having the Hyperspeed Multi-Device Pairing on some of your gears... I guess it'd be great to test this with the Viper Ultimate as well.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Cheers!

[indent]Hi!

Just to give you an update... when my mouse decides to go crazy, I noticed 2 other things happening.
The first one: my mouse cursor jumps to the right of my screen, and sometimes trigger a right click action
The second one: it happens almost every time that Firefox crashes at the same time.

This is a very annoying issue. Let me know if you want me to test a few things.
