Hey there! Sorry to hear about your laptop's concern. Can you still boot up to normal Windows? Did it provided an option to select "Troubleshoot"? If you have, please select "Advanced" then select "Startup Settings" and click on the restart button. Select Enable Safe Mode. If you were able to log-in, please send me a PM together with the laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.

I cant do anything of that. I just have dark screen with 3 options : 1-PRESS F12 FOR BOOT MENU / 2-PRESS F1/DEL FOR BIOS SETUP AND 3-PRESS F9 FOR RECOVERY MENU. But any of these are responding

That's a bummer. Just to confirm, it won't allow you to press F9 for the recovery menu? Please send me a PM together with the laptop's serial number "S/N" located on its underside. I'll wait for your response.

Thanks for sharing your serial number. By the way, I removed it from your public post as part of Razer's privacy policy. Please click this link so you can send me a private message (PM).
