customer support needs to do a better job

    I have never had such a bad experience with customer support ever in my life, holy s****.
    It takes 2+ days for a response and when they actually do respond the question that i asked goes in one ear and out the other and then the process starts over again....

    I have been trying to get my tracking number for my order that i also paid for extra shipping and still nothing. Ive been told multiple times now that they will send me an email with my order confirmation and its been 4 days with nothing at all in my email.

    how is it that they dont have a customer support phone number i can call? the only thing is tech support and they tell me I have to get into a chat with customer service and that never works, i tried connecting every hour to an agent and it keeps saying no one is available, wont even put me in queue....

    sorry for the vent but im hoping this reaches someone in customer support because this is ridiculous.

    I'm sorry if you feel that way towards our Support Team. Please allow me to try and turn things around. PM me your order number so I can check what's causing the holdup.

    That is my whole issue, I dont even have a order number... Ive been waiting for an email since the huhntsman 60% was released.
    I made an order that day with a guest account and never recieved a single email confirming my order but money was drawn from my account.
    I messaged support all about it and they told me they would finally send me confirmation and tracking number and we are almost going on possibly two weeks of me waiting for some kind of information...

    I want to provide you as much info on my order to help you out but thats literally all I have
