Cynosa Chroma Keyboard (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

I've been at this for nearly three days, but I can't get this keyboard to be recognized by my pc or Razer Synapse.

I know Synapse works as I have a Basalisk mouse, but every time I plug in the Cynosa Keyboard Windows says it isn't recognized and it doesn't even show up in Synapse.

I've tried resetting drivers, stopped fast booting, updating the USB ports themselves, and a whole plethora of other troubleshooting problems I found via the internet, I just can't seem to get it to work.

Anyone have any insight or perhaps a similar experience. I really like the keyboard and I have a good understanding of Synapse so I would definitely prefer to keep it rather than returning it to try for another keyboard.

Did you ever get a chance to connect the device to a different PC to check if the same issue occurs? Also, please ensure that you have the latest Windows version by following this guide. For now, let's try running Windows troubleshooters since it might help fix this issue. Please follow the steps below.

-Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, or select the Find troubleshooters shortcut at the end of this topic.
-Select the type of troubleshooting you want to do, then select Run the troubleshooter.
-Allow the troubleshooter to run and then answer any questions on the screen. If you see a message that no changes or updates were necessary, you can try recovery options.

Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device so I can look into other possible solutions.
