D-pad broke again on Tartarus v2

On my 3rd Tartarus v2, another broke/stuck D-pad again, wish I would have seen some of the other threads here before I had bought one of these pieces of crap, thought maybe I had some rotten luck and got all the lemons of the pack, but no, it's just that these D-pad switches are not designed for any kind of use at all and are gonna fail no matter what, thanks Razer for your awesome lack of quality control and any possible chance of redesign when you know you have a crappy product out there that needs attention. My Razer Nostromo was a tank and I'll guess I'll have to go back to it now, really liked the extra keys and RGB of the Tartarus v2, but it has no staying power like the Nostromo, 2 to 3 months of use if you're lucky.

Yeah I'm seeing this issue crop up all over the place and I just don't understand why keyboard & mouse manufacturers keep making the same mistakes over and over. It's been proven time and time again that the durability of your product is only as strong as the weakest link in said product. The number of times I've had mice **** the bed on me because of a weak MMB or mousewheel is enough to drive a person nuts.

I'm currently in the process of returning my V2 for a refund from Amazon. I'm gonna try out the Pro instead, hopefully Razer improved the design... yeah right haha

Oh and it's hilarious that you mentioned the Nostromo, I have the same thing, my Nostromo still works 100%. Just isn't quite as nice as the V2 design in terms of extra buttons and so on.

Don't think they changed something. The question has been asked several times, but no answer. So, if they had some positive news, they would have talked about it.
