Hi, my razer kraken x 7.1 activation code got scratched off and I am unable to read the entire activation code. How do I get a new one please?

I am assuming you are trying to activate 7.1 Surround Sound

If you can confirm the headset you have is one of the headsets from the following web
https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound

And if you can try get the following details of your headset

  • Part number
  • Serial number (behind the ear cushion)

You may try send a PM to one of RAZER support stuff that I know~~

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Don't forget to include the photo of the damaged card. Save it via GDrive or any online drive account, then paste the shareable link to your PM. Let's continue from there.
