I'm trying to register my kraken v3 X wired USB gaming headset, but when I go to confirm all the information, I get a small pop-up saying "date of purchase is invalid,"

I bought them today, and I entered the date correctly, unsure of what to do from here.

That's weird. Can you send me a copy of your proof of purchase along with a screenshot of the error message that popped up via PM? That way, I can have a closer look at it and assist you accordingly. Let's pick things up from there.
